Who We Are

Hi everyone!

I’m Sean, the founder & owner of Run Potential Rehab & Performance. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a run coach, and an avid runner with a passion for the trails here in Colorado!

As a runner, I understand the challenge of an injury, and the impact it has on our physical & emotional health. Because for most of us, running provides so much more than just “running”. The ability to run provides us with physical health, a competitive outlet, stress relief, exploration, and community!

I started my dream practice, Run Potential Rehab & Performance as I truly have a passion to work with runners & endurance athletes throughout the rehab to performance continuum. I strive to provide an unparalleled experience for the people I get to work with. To meet people where they’re at, and to guide them from injury back to doing what they love (for all of the reasons!) with a heightened level of confidence!

MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Sean Rimmer PT, DPT, OCS

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Sean received his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Daemen College and then pursued his national board certification as an orthopedic clinical specialist in 2020. Sean is a Husband, Father, Dog Dad, and passionate about all things Running!

I have a background in a variety of field sports, including playing high level lacrosse in college. I became hooked on running in 2014 and haven't looked back since!

Since 2014, I've run & trained for a variety of races from 5k's to the Leadville 100. I now enjoy mixing things up between sub-ultra mountain-trails, trail ultramarathons, and road half & full marathons. I believe that mixing it up on the varying distances and terrain help to keep me motivated on becoming a well-rounded runner & athlete while avoiding burnout.

If you see me out on the trails, send a wave!
